This exercise program uses strength training and also cardiovascular training to improve your body and the program also changes to a strength endurance program.

The difference between beginner and intermediate is the level of difficulty of the exercises and the difference between two times a week and three times a week is that two times a week you only get upper and lower body but with three times a week you also get a core day
