Our Gym Shaper 101 Workout Plan is best equipped for women aged 16 – 45 with access to a gym for 55 mins, 3 times per week. This exercise program is designed to help you sculpt your physique to your will, own it and become the best version of yourself. As with all our exercise programs, this plan is guaranteed to show tangible results if followed as directed and you will never get bored of doing the same routine over and over again. Combined with an electronic assistant that keeps track of your progress on any device you’re logged into with your Active Fitness account, it’s a cheaper, even smarter and perhaps less annoying alternative to a personal trainer.
