Body Weight 101
This exercise program is ideal for anyone with or without access to a gym, aged 18 – 55 who wants to train at home for 45 minutes per day 3 times per week. This program works using your own body weight. The program consists of a warm-up and also a strength training session and then a finisher. The finishers will have exercises that you do for a recommended burst and rest time.
Most of the exercises can are performed with your own body weight. Requires a pull-up bar and mat.
