Take a quick tour on how to access your workout. Use the video above or steps below to get started.

How to use our fitness workouts

The “My account” link (top right), takes you to your daily workouts where you will be able to track your daily workout progress.

Select a workout by clicking on the next available Workout. If this is your fist time, then the very first workout is the place to start.

You will then go through three sets each containing their workouts; Warm up, Workout and Finisher

To start, select “Warm up” then, it’s first exercise.
Run through all workouts for the day marking each one complete as you go.

And that’s it! Easy peasy.
